Can a Medicinal Marijuana Dispensary offer Marijauna Delivery in Arizona? Yes!

A legal ARIZONA marijuana dispensary is authorized to be a registered Medicinal Marijuana Provider under Arizona state law, and to provide a Medical Marijuana Delivery Service so it can safely distribute medicine to patients, or provide marijuana to an authorized caregiver.

Important Information

From the Arizona Department of Health:

“The Attorney General filed for declaratory judgment in federal court about the legality of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act and our Rules. Because of the court filing and legal advice from the Attorney General, ADHS won’t accept dispensary applications in June. However, we will continue to process applications for Patient and Caregiver cards.”

This means that you may still apply for your card, and if qualified, you may receive medical marijuana from a Caregiver or grow your own. There will not be any dispensaries in Arizona at this time, until further clarification from the law suit. As of right now no dispensary is legal in Arizona.
